IBH ROOMS

The Ithaca Boat House is situated directly over the waters edge on Cayuga Lake. There are two units avialable to rent. The apartment upstairs is called the upper unit and the apartment on the ground level is called the lower unit. Click the gallery tabs below to step inside each space and decide which one is right for you.

UPPER UNIT

The upstairs living room is situated over the waters edge with surrounding windows, giving you a panoramic view of the lake and beautiful sunsets.  As the sun goes down and the stars come out, take in the night from the dock or the king size bed with a master view of the sky.

LOWER UNIT

The lower unit is nestled directly over the water where you can relax and enjoy the gentle lapping of the waves as you watch the lake. It has a romantic fireplace in the living room and a Queen size bed.  The deck offers a large shaded picnic table and direct access to the lake right outside the door. The lower unit is also fully handicapped accessable.
