Lower Unit Welcome Letter
Welcome! Under normal circumstances I would meet you in person and give you a walk through. Due to Covid -19, I won’t be doing that today. Instead, I will try to include here anything you may need to know.
Just a little reassurance…
I have kept up to date with the cleaning protocols for Covid -19. In addition to our normally high standard, cleaning and disinfecting protocols have been increased, with particular attention paid to high-touch items. Rest assured… your remote controls have been cleaned! All of the bedding has been washed per the CDC recommendations. For each new guest, the pillows are dried on high heat and placed in a new allergen protective case topped with a clean pillow case. There are cleaning supplies located under the sink for you to maintain the cleanliness of the surfaces during your stay. I have also included hand sanitizer for your use if needed.
Where is everything…
The pull out couch is in the living room. The sheets for the pullout beds are in the closet in the kitchen. The blankets and pillows are there as well. Some people prefer the chaise lounge section of the couch to sleep on, so there is a burgundy sheet that fits it in the closet.
The garbage can is in the second cabinet to the left of the stove.
Outside, the deck wraps around the house. Your portion to use is the deck located on the side that has your entrance. There is a grill, picnic table, swing, and deck furniture.
Kayaks are available for you to use if you desire. They are located on the kayak rack against the fence. Paddles are there too. I ask all guest to wear life vests while kayaking. They are located in your deck box. If you use them, please return them to the rack.

Misc…
You may see two small dogs running around the yard, those are mine. Baxter is white and brown and very friendly. Nina is a black and tan rescue, she is more scared and may bark or be shy.
If you have any questions please text or call. My house is here just behind with the matching paint colors. Enjoy your stay!
